  • Runner Readiness Assessment: looks at how your body moves, stabilizes, and produces forces needed for running.

  • Loading Levels Assessment: evaluates how much physical stress a runner’s body can safely tolerate

  • 3D Running Gait Analysis: Using advanced motion-capture technology to identify weaknesses or movement patterns that could affect performance or increase injury risk

  • Fill Out Form + Pay: After choosing a time for your call with us, you will fill out the form with all the required information and pay the $124.50 to start the process.

  • Attend Runner Assessment: One-hour session to evaluate and identify any inefficiencies and weakness in your running form.

  • Discuss Running Performance Packages: You can continue your training with us through specialized programming just for you.
