  • In this 60-minute class, we blend strength, cardio, and mobility exercises to challenge your body and enhance your overall health and performance. We start every class with a specific warmup followed by the workout.

  • This 90-minute class is specifically designed with a blend of cardio and functional strength movements. While our HYROX training classes are programmed with the intention of preparing our athletes for a HYROX event, this class is suitable for everyone. Prepare to be challenged!

    • Programmed by PTs: Highly specialized programming by performance physical therapists that incorporates injury prevention and movement optimization.

    • Small Class Sizes: Classes are capped at 10 participants per class to allow for individual attention.

    • Times That Fit Your Schedule: Classes are offered in the mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends
