In Functional Fitness, this 60-minute class, we blend strength, cardio, and mobility exercises to challenge your body and enhance your overall health and performance. In HYROX Training, this 90-minute class is specifically designed with a blend of cardio and functional strength movements. While our HYROX training classes are programmed with the intention of preparing our athletes for a HYROX event, this class is suitable for everyone. Prepare to be challenged!
