Our Policies Regarding COVID-19

The safety of our clients and therapists is of the utmost importance for us. Below, you will read the policies in effect during the COVID-19 pandemic.
All of our sessions are 1-on-1 between the client and the PT in a private room. There is no overlap between patients. This is not new for the pandemic, however we will be allowing extra time in-between clients to allow for thorough sanitizing.
Masks must be worn by both the client and the PT. This is actually a ruling made by Baltimore County and the Maryland Government. That being said, it significantly reduces the risk of spreading coronavirus. If you arrive without a mask, we will provide you with an N-95 mask.
All surfaces that are touched will be wiped clean with Cavicide wipes as soon as possible.
Both the client and the PT must either wash their hands or use hand sanitizer before and after each session. These products will also be provided for you.
Each client will complete a COVID-19 waiver prior to treatment. If you are symptomatic, you will be asked to return home and contact the proper channels for testing.
