Ann Matta, CRNP

Fitness Coach

Ann brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, a lifelong love of athletics, and a passion for whole-person wellness. From playing field hockey and lacrosse in high school and college to serving as a U.S. Army nurse for 8 years, movement has been central to both her physical and mental well-being.

She’s completed several Ironman triathlons, countless cycling adventures, and running events—and now blends her own fitness journey with coaching others to build strength, resilience, and long-term vitality. Ann believes movement is powerful medicine, and she loves helping members realize what their bodies are capable of and the confidence that grows with every achievement.

As founder of Elevate Health & Wellness, a Baltimore-based functional medicine practice, Ann focuses on individualized lifestyle medicine to help people achieve lasting wellness and longevity. Her collaboration with Outlast complements this mission— merging the power of fitness and medicine to enhance the well-being of our members and community.
