Meet Your Instructors

Corey Hall, PT, DPT

Corey was born and raised in Maryland, grew up playing various sports. In high school, he focused solely on soccer and running. Corey's passion for sports led him to pursue an education in athletic training while playing collegiate soccer, then ultimately a career in physical therapy. Down to his core, he wants to help others be the best that they can be. After graduating from the physical therapy program at University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Corey made a commitment to learning from the best, evolving as a healthcare professional, helping others, and sharing his knowledge. Corey was introduced to CrossFit methodology shortly after earning his physical therapy license.

Corey uses CrossFit to meet his fitness goals, as well as to grow within a community of people united to fight chronic diseases. Corey blends his physical therapy and fitness knowledge into a unique style of treatment that can bring a client out of pain and safely back to doing the activities they love. This type of experience will reduce the risk of recurring injuries and provide a long-term solution to injuries. Some providers focus only on the problem and not the solution. This is why Corey opened Outlast Health and Performance. Corey wants to properly educate athletes and active people on how to recover from an injury and how to return to higher level activities without limitations.
